RQ Runlevel: Marathon Training6.40.12 - App Store

“We believe there must be a better way of training for you in this world.”
RQ was born for this.

Understanding yourself is the first step for better training, and RQ can help.

【Running Analysis】
Help you evaluate the performance of your running ability(run level), knowing your own running changes, and provide the most suitable pace zone for your scientific training.

【Pressure calculation】
Visualise the training pressure index every time when you upload training records. Through this training index, you can master your own schedule and avoid overtraining.

【Grasp the situation】
Based on all your previous training records, analyze your current physical, fatigue and conditional indicators to help you get the personal best.

【Attention to technology】
Running technology is important but easily ignored, through the data you will understand your technical indicators under each pace zone, helping you run faster, farther, less vulnerable.
